        Largest no-bid contracts in State are at @KYretire & @KyTeachersRS . Some honest R's like @KYJoeBowen original 2017 SB2 required bidding. However after corrupt PFM report gave cover, it was stripped out of bill by dishonest R's #cleanupthemess @kyhousedems @KYHouseGOP
