I am a Medicaid recipient by default as my daughter is special needs and I spend 24/7 caring for her through the cdo option of the Michelle P waiver. Under Bevins plan, I will lose my benefits though I have no other means of getting health coverage for myself. I'm wishing for

The intent isn't, but it's doing it as a side effect. So are you saying that the new rules are going to fail in their intentions before they are even implemented? You can't act like this isn't the intent when it's a known outcome before it even happens.

This is like if I threw a rock into a glass window and said my intent was to hit the target on the other side, not to break the glass. This is an idiotic defense. I knew it was going to break the glass. I'm not absolved from those consequences by a stupid excuse.
