Veterans used to have to go through a lengthy process to prove they were exposed to burn pits. Congress changed it last year so they can be presumed to have been exposed based on location and time of service.
What happens if the resolution passes? It’s likely the injunction currently blocking Utah’s trigger law on abortion would be lifted.
