A few years back a study of 95000 children found no link between the MMR vaccine and autism. The guy who said there was a link was disbarred (if I remember right.) and confessed it wasn't true. It's high time people got over their ableism and started saving lives.

Most people in Mexico havehad free access to childhood vaccinations for decades and door-to-door campaigns are held annually. It would surprise meto find out that the measles outbreak is attributed to them.

This is a better answer than when I explained that an immigrant is much less likely to argue with a doctor about needing shots than your typical (native English-speaking) anti-vaxxer.
