YouTube and Apple are private companies. As such they are well within their rights to ban anyone they see fit.

But that doesn't make it morally right. They're influencing their members and indeed the world via selective censorship
-
You can dispute the morality. But still, no one is entitled to a service of private corporation. Service providers can choose their customers and partners. Don't like YouTube? Don't use it. Simple.
-
You're missing the point Saying "just don't use them" is a cop out They shouldn't chose so harshly and unfairly what to censor and what not, especially when being done for PC or political reasons The media in all its forms are trying to tell us what to think or feel
-
My company does this all the time. We can censor anybody we want. Remember, civilians don't make the rules when it comes to business and morals. It's been that way for over 30,000 years. Welcome to

I agree about a business’ freedom to choose its clients. However YouTube and Facebook are worldwide monopolies - they have no viable alternatives to compete with them, and with that should come the responsibility to be tolerant of all view, not censorship.
#infowars -
That's where you are wrong. Competitors are being formed continuously and Facebook user base is actually declining. Don't know about YouTube but there are plenty of video hosting sites out there. So by definition it's not a monopoly. Monopolistic maybe, but not a monopoly.
-
Besides. Even if YouTube was a monopoly the issue would arise with antitrust laws, not free speech. Free speech is literally freedom from government interference. Private companies can do as they see fit.

This kind of censorship is what you'd find during Hitler's reign. Those who do not learn history are doomed to repeat it!https://www.historylearningsite.co.uk/nazi-germany/censorship-in-nazi-germany/ …

The goal is
#Communism. -
silence all dissenters pre-gulag installation.

It's been going on, this was just a major move on their part. If they can take down Alex these other "conservatives" stand no chance. His reach is massive, they know this and he is really a threat. They play it off but they fear his reach & message.
-
& his audience is primarily
@realDonaldTrump supporters - they are trying to purge/silence us before the midterms so they don't get another 2016 "surprise"!! -
They were one
#CrookedHillary away from destroying the#Republic. I keep telling people, the war is real and ongoing. These people are not going to stop, we either win or they do. People are going to see the violence & censorship will continue to increase from the#Commies

A private company can and should limit the use of their platform for hate and crazy. No one's 1A are being infrindged. Nutbar Jones can say what he wants just not on their platform.
-
Jones does NOT promote hate, and if you think he's crazy it's only because you haven't listened to what he's saying, only what other people said he is saying. Have you abandoned your own capacity for critical thinking and discernment?
