Bruh, XIV was Tung's second time in KOF (first if we don't count that he was console-exclusive in KOF XI). He's a very interesting character as well. At least more interesting than the Jin twins...

He is the only one that I like on his team the other two are forgetable. Also, Fatal fury's Tung was a nightmare to deal with.
