Content should be encoded and uploaded in the same frame rate it was recorded. Interlaced content should be deinterlaced before uploading. Usually these kind of error arises when a video is not deinterlaced. Hope this clarifies!

It has been both encoded and deinterlaced, as it is a 50fps DVD rip.
