181 crosswalks are being canceled in the Portland area because drivers can't stop running over the pedestrians who attempt to use them. This is actually a pretty brilliant move by cuz you can't get run over in a marked crosswalk if none exist.

The discourse is really sad sometimes. People want to live in denver and not just tech bros! Denver in 2011 had a lot of recent immigrants. At least at the school level, you see that way less today. Our obsession with nativism is closing our doors to a lot of communities.
Get way more hate for renting a 1 bedroom apartment if itโs โluxuryโ on here than for owning a houseโsignificantly more expensive.

This proposal is a start but is woefully inadequate. We donโt need a 2+ year study followed by a 3 year phase in. 14 states are doing this. Write and pass a bill and implement it tomorrow. Itโs not that hard. Why do we do this to ourselves?
