    This kind of information is way more important to me than photos, messages and other stuff. I'm in the process of salvaging that content from memory, but I'll make sure to frequently back up everything I produce on my phone in the future.

    What I mean by data is: • The writing you produce, fiction or nonfiction • The notes you take and journal you keep • The random thoughts you capture before you forget them • The screenshots of useful content you came across

    I like the use of the word "block". It reinforces the sense of discipline and commitment in your mind. 2-3 hours blocks are long enough to get something done and short enough to be able to do something else in the same day. Great way to organise your day.

    Lastly: the you get from your opt-in page depend also on a crucial factor... ...how you get people to the opt-in page. If you get the leads from a website with decent traffic or an email list with a warm audience, that's awesome... 16

    They might be ineterested in it but decide to save it for later, only to forget about it. Just dont' add fake urgency like DO IT NOW OR IT'S GONE FOREVER Of course, in the case of an opt-in popup on a website, you don't need to add urgency. 15
