I'm sure the sentiment is shared among scientists in many disciplines--those who study zoonotic disease and pandemics now alongside climate scientists.
Hopefully we--humanity--will become wiser. -
Regrettably, hope is just a wish without a plan. I don't anticipate that our shared humanity will get us through tougher to times to come. Wisdom arrives only after one hits rock bottom.
