#4 mentions that you will have to manually set your video as a video meant for kids. (along with them using machine learning to help discover videos for kids) I feel like this is more for all the video content that is produced specifically for kids (toons, educational, etc.)

I think the only concerning part is where Youtube is not only relying on the user to self-flag it as made for kids, but Youtube themselves have machines doing it for us too. I wonder if using terms like "family friendly" in titles/tags will cause it to do so.
