of 12. He had stomach cancer. My life changed forever. His mom never really recovered from her loss. His only brother still feels deep pain. Childhood cancer must be defeated.

I had the great pleasure of collaborating with researchers at St. Jude on the molecular basis of childhood leukemia. There is much more to be done. Lobby Congress to fund cancer research adequately. The focus on COVID19 is important, but cancer remains a persistent threat.
