Judge Judson "concerned" about multiple repayment plans but tenant's lawyer pointed him to the statute that requires a repayment plan when a request for rent is made

the first issue is with a pay or vacate notice - the repayment plan offered was old in relation to the dates when the pay or vacate notice was "issued"
