Misinformation about #coronavirus can create fear and hostility that hurts people and makes it harder to keep everyone healthy. Take advantage of these resources to prevent, interrupt and respond to stigma: http://kingcounty.gov/ncov/anti-stigma …pic.twitter.com/Ra8Hq25FZW

People wear masks for a variety of reasons. We should not judge someone for wearing a mask or assume they are sick.pic.twitter.com/LSA1BeSU7D

Reliable and factual information about #COVID19 is available from our local — @KCPubHealth — and state — @WADeptHealth — public health officials and from @CDCGov.pic.twitter.com/yTKivWhv2T

We’re stronger as a community when we stand together against discrimination. We encourage everyone to promote correct information about #coronavirus, its risk and transmission, and the importance of not stigmatizing a group based on background or country of origin.pic.twitter.com/gzAPidbCOZ

Can you tweet some concrete numbers out on how many people King county has tested? Telling people to stay calm while offering 0 details isn't working.

It's the current reliable and factual information that's creating the most fear. The public needs transparency about number of tests performed. Focus is on "sick" people staying home, but it's spreading during the asymptomatic period, which makes that advice null. #TESTVIRUSNOW
