If I could have any superpower it would be perfect control of attention.
It takes a lot of effort to consistently focus the laser beam, and doubly so when there’s too much context switching!

One thing about being on the spectrum is that focus is relatively easier. I've always kind of felt like extreme focus was my one true skill.

Extreme focus here as well.
The subject has to hold my interest. It has to be new, it has to be difficult.
Impossibilities are the best grist for the eager mill.
It's my high.
I leave rote repetition to other people.
Rote - destroys my sense of self.
Must be moving.
