Here is another video from last night's #GeorgeFloydProtest in front of the Arkansas State Capitol. It appears the kneeling protesters were hit with non-lethal weapons at close range by Arkansas State Police. The preferred terminology is less-lethal/less-than-lethal, and at close range, they can be lethal. Most LTL ammunition shouldn't be employed within 10m. they are also extremely dangerous when aimed at specific areas such as the head (as is being reported in many cases).

I've trained on multiple LTL systems, also riot formations and proper baton use. A lot of what I'm seeing is incorrect.
