The only justice is for him to be fired & charges of animal cruelty filed against him. He should also be responsible for paying for the vet bill!

They'll make an excuse. But clearly there was no immediate need for them to come on the property. No one was in danger. So they could have called Animal Control to detain the dog
This is exactly right ...one thing as a cop you have to understand ...you need to make time on your side( when you can) because when you start rushing things is when things happen that you can't take back!!!!
Most cops- Give 'em a gun and a badge and they think they own the world...trigger happy cop. Needs fired, and his attitude knocked down a few notches. I'd say he owes a vet bill and Karma is real
