Why BTC is doomed to fail without security or utility
The BTC debate between & myself has been released!
Special thanks to & for hosting this critical discussion
BTC is doomed, but its vision will thrive for an eternity:

great conversation. I like so much of what you say, but your position on Ethereum makes no sense to me.

Thank you, it is good I am not an Ethereum maximalist then
Every blockchain has its flaws, including ETH
I just think we should support the best alternatives possible & that BTC no longer deserves that distinction
Far from it as a matter of fact, I just want the best to win

Where do you see Crypto pivoting and what/who will be the leader when this shift takes place?

It is no secret that I am a huge proponent of monolithic scaling through sharding & on-chain governance
I am convinced that this is where the future lies
The cryptocurrencies which make the most progress in these fields will end up winning the race
For all of humanity

Adding inflation does not increase security. Watch the video below. I doubt you have a response to this.

Of course it does
The block subsidy (inflation) rewards honest miners so that no single attacker will be able to overcome honest miners
If inflation does not increase security (it does) than BTC would have no security right now
Which is obviously not the case proving my point

Debating tech security models from the year ~2140 seems like a waste of attention to me, what am I missing?

What you are missing is that this most likely will become a problem within 6-10 years
Or 2-3 halvenings as inflation halving is a exponential function
To the point were block reward becomes irrelevant in the context of network security very quickly

How much are you paid to be so wrong all the time lmfao. Embarassing.
