How about a fair shot for indigenous home ownership? On and off Reserve! Most lenders won’t give money to us residents on Reserves in the north, logistics alone is 2/3 the cost of building - how about a subsidy program, or something similar?

Hi Adrian agree making it easier for first time home ownership is something people desperately need with rental rates so high and lack of vacancies. Have you tried a mortgage lender such as FNBC? They offer mortgages tailored for First Nations 🤔
