Expansion of heavy-sulfur oil sands is not viable. The new rules drastically cut the amount of sulfur that the world’s ships can emit, from 3.5% currently to 0.5%. Mr. Prime Minister, I think that Canadians are more concerned about the many serious problems here at home, like the bungled NAFTA talks, bungled immigration policies, bungled pipelines, skyrocketing National debt and huge deficits, your problems with the Ethics Commission, etc.
