Check to make sure the audio output is set to Stereo in the audio output. To check your audio output, go to your Console Settings, select System, and select Console sound. We're working to improve this on our side too!

While I do like the "Stereo" solution. It works fine. But it leads to another problem as I just tried it. In handheld mode, it works in stereo, but now it won't work in Dock mode in stereo for my Switch. Playback Error Codes continue to happen in Dock but not handheld mode now.

This is an update to my last response. Found the solution completely now for the Switch. Go to settings and then set System Sound to "Stereo" for Handheld Mode AND ALSO set TV Sound to "Stereo" for Dock Mode.
