whistleblowers & Senators are calling the conditions & way the Penitentiary is being run "The Atlanta Way." In 2021 - 700 cell phones were found - that's 1 for every other inmate.

Sure, Jan. Why didn't they just get a couple of cats from Animal Control?

Down the street in Forest Cove, they have to do the same things. From the prison yard and south, the whole area has been mismanaged and neglected

I think doors should be left open. Prisoners would go out for a stroll. In China, they all come back, dutifully. In my reenvisoned prison not prison but house of kindness, guests (prisoners) would eat good food and enjoy kindness. No weapons. We'd all have black belts in Karate

The Federal Penitentiary regularly has abandoned packages left on the McDonough border sidewalk containing what seems to be important documents, federal electronics, laptops, etc.

Using cats to control rodent infestation isn’t the worst idea in the world, but I would rather see it implemented as a policy instead of leaving the door open and hoping some cats will just wander in and take care of business.
