Part 2 traffic,parents who dont pay attention 2 their kids when crossing,bicycles that pay no regard 2 traffic laws & I can keep going. That's the big problem. People blatantly jump in front of cars/trucks/buses & even ambulances & don't care, pop out in btwn cars no matter what
