Who exactly is responsible for the MTA. It seems to me we scream about it and rightly so, but have no idea on whom to focus for relief. Is it the State Senate (Marty Golden) the Mayor or the Governor? Or does no govt agency oversee the MTA and are they an entity unto themselves?
The thing I find most special about our beloved R train is that the slightest quiver in service two boroughs away will jam us up in #BayRidge
