Public health experts and @RAPPcampaign say there are around 10K people in NY prisons at risk from #COVID19 due to their age. So far, Kentucky has safely released 900 people. California has released 3,500.

I'm all for this, but even if they test negative wouldn't they have to be quarantined for 14 days? Where would this happen?
Either with their families or if that’s not possible they could be put up in hotel rooms, which NYC is doing with people coming out of Rikers and will start doing with people in hospitals who are positive but don’t require hospitalization
