This morning she called the call center to get to the bottom of it and they told her no one would be coming because of COVID-19.
This is unacceptable! This tenant is in a worse situation now than before the workers came!

We are told there is a maintenance worker there now putting up plastic and fixtures, when they should be putting in a new bathtub!
