Hey @YouTubeTV - in light of coming rate increases, I’ve seen current customers asking about rate protection and/or plan options but no response on your end (unless I just missed it). Any updates on this as my billing date approaches?
It does. Just not the answer I was hoping for. I do appreciate the reply. To keep my service through the existing & paid-for month, do I cancel my service now or do I wait until just before the next billing date (or day of)?
