    Our data is taken directly from City and State agencies, and is very up-to-date and accurate! We created our tools to bring transparency to housing data which is often (and intentionally) obscure and difficult to navigate. Many City employees themselves reference our tools!

    Twin Parks has 174 open violations (), many of which are no-heat complaints. While the open doors allowed the fire to spread, we are not addressing the root cause here: non-compliant landlords depriving tenants of livable conditions.
