Hey @TeamYouTube, I was commenting on CNN's live stream of the Democratic Primary Debate - as many others were - and got hit with a copyright strike for NINETY days. This seems extremely unfair, can you help me with this?

Did you watch his video? MSNBC filed a 3rd party claim at the last debates which meant they got the ad revenue but he could still keep the stream up. CNN decided to go a step further and remove the video completely.

It's not just that. It's fair use. The point of his stream was to comment on the debate, not rebroadcast the debate.
