OMG. "Equip police to protect Canadians". Fresh 19th century ideas for the 21st? Maybe a mounted police force independent of the British? Where's your climate plan?

Andrew, Do you recognize that more Canadians are at risk due to the climate crisis than from criminals? I am all for locking up criminals, but what would you do to keep Canada safe from fires, floods, drought, ice storms, tornados and sea level rise?

Only thing I would squeeze in there is "whatever... we're old and will be dead soon anyways, so we can afford to be wrong - what do we care what happens in 2050?"

I resent that they rob me of my liberal right to see the other political side as simply people with different opinions, not monsters, by acting like complete monsters.

This is the consequence of all the callous apathy. This is what happens when you get comfortable with tuning out the desperate cries of children in distress. This is what happens when you choose control over compassion. How little they must care.

Fuck your wall. Split that 5 billion between at-risk children who don’t have lunches and vets who can’t get proper medical and psychological treatment. Fuck your vanity project. Do something good for once.

Honestly makes me say it: The most statesman-like person in charge in that WH disaster was Pelosi. Second place to Schumer for baiting Trump into owning a shutdown. Honorable mention to Pence for willing himself to blend in with the furniture.

Not to pick on but this is a good example of what is wrong with Democrat messaging. Even when they have their own story, they stay within the GOP narrative frame of "voter fraud", and thereby reinforce it. Define your own frame, guys.

With ’s Plan, polluters pay and people get the proceeds. With Doug Ford’s people pay and polluters get the proceeds.

You know you've got 'rule of law' when the executive branch wields veto over the judicial. Nobody is above the law - except, of course, the president's friends.

Apparently, in some people's worldview: there is no truth, and everything is political. Anyone feel like joining their paranoid cult? When is it time to get up and walk out?
