Crafting in Cyberpunk 2077 is whack. I specialized in Technical Ability and dumped a ton of points into the crafting sub-tree and it feels like wasted points.

really? it felt like the most beneficial tree to me, just because i could make all the iconic weapons/armor into legendary iconic weapons and load them up with crap loads of mods, my boots alone gives me 45% more crit chance because of it.

Maybe the problem is that I never found a good method of getting epic and greater crafting parts. I just feel like I keep putting points into it, but im never actually able to make worthwhile weapons because i dont have the proper components.

did you get the upgrade that lets you upgrade crafting parts into better ones? (heads up, they force you to make them ONE AT A TIME, it really needs a QOL change to let you craft them in bulk, to the point i'd recommend selling your common parts, and buying better ones instead)

aw dang you know what, I just saw that skill as I went back to fully look at the tech tree. I dont have it. That probably would have helped immensely.

honestly, i blame the really weird layouts of the trees, would have preferred to have them as just a strain line of higher level skills, as is, it's easy to not notice, or lose track of a skill you're looking for with the current layout of skills.

For sure, it's not a great skill tree system.
