With all due respect, it's not really something one would submit a ticket for. The whole user experience is just bad. Navigation is slow, many thumbnails are the wrong size, sometimes the button to go to the next video doesn't work, the app itself is unintuitive, etc.

My biggest issue though, and again not something I'd submit a ticket for, is that when I stop watching a video at the credits, the app should be smart enough to know that I finished that episode and should give me the next one in "continue watching"

We absolutely encourage users to submit support tickets even if it's just general feedback for an app. This will go to our Care Team and they'll be able to see what sort of things watchers are wanting! We'll also pass it on to the right people.
