Well, "Smallish" would be at least 27". Might check out Dell S-Series 27 INCH-S2719DGF or Acer Predator XB271HU, a number of AOC models that I liked... Frankly by now there are a lot of decent 4k, 144hz+ monitors.

Any wishes though as in what budget, does it need to have G-Sync or Freesync (G-Sync will make your monitor expensive though by atleast 100$). 120 to 144hz 4k monitors are going for atleast 900$ so you might just want to go for a 4k60hz.
-
Definitely dont need 144hz 4k. Just looking for a decent 60hz 4k monitor for console gaming mostly.

Don't. 4k at monitor sizes don't do much. You're better going with higher frame rate.

Already got a 144hz monitor. This is specifically for 4k console gaming and capture for review.

I honestly would not get a 4K monitor unless it was between 32-40” and unless it had HDR10+. Stick with 1440p for anything 27” or less because the 4K on a small screen isnt going to do you any favors.
-
And by 1440p I mean QHD Ultrawide

ASUS MG28U 4k @ 60 hz Low input lag and low response time great calibration settings/options and its couple years old (from when I got it) so it should be pretty cost effective. 28 inches Mitchell, I really do love this monitor. And I'm super picky about video and audio equipment

I think we use those at the office. That was my first choice, but they seem to be out of stock on Amazon and I kind of need it now unfortunately.
