This is the migration/asylum meeting that Merkel convened to help resolve her domestic coalition crisis, right? Sounds like Juncker is acting as the neutral host and claiming to be convenor. Or am I missing something?

Maybe look at what is driving Africans to leave Africa. Assuming its not just for a free lunch in your home. Remember European colonials were brutally thrown out of Africa even now! ie South Africa.
