How do you deal with feelings of failure? Rejection? Or imposter syndrome?
-I let myself feel shitty for the night and try to shake it off while I sleep. Sometimes that works…sometimes those feelings lurk on and on for a few days till they give up.

I woke up this morning wondering how the heck I’d make it to 7pm parenting two kids after being up most of the night nursing one. I had two cups of coffee with mushroom powder and collagen and TWENY-SEVEN HOURS LATER it was 9am and time to put my toddler down for his nap. 😳
