As a special Olympics volunteer myself (and public school teacher) there is nothing about Secretary DeVos - and her proposed budget - that is good for any student. She is simply inept at her job.

sees the value these individuals have and how athletics provides individuals with disabilities opportunities to develop confidence. When I volunteered in the past, it was a blessing to get to know these strong men and women.
