as of 2013 the Taco Bell outside Fort Polk still looked like this and hadn’t even updated their menu signs they just tacked on the new stuff

Yeah this one pictured has an AM Crunchwrap on the menu and that didn't come out until 2012 in test markets and 2014 nationwide.
