Army Lt. Nazario was driving his new car home. He was pulled over, pepper sprayed, and arrested without explanation. This is racism. It’s about the domination and humiliation of a Black man because he asked questions and “didn’t comply.”pic.twitter.com/RFE79TjWJ8

Officers Joe Gutierrez and Daniel Crocker of the

How Dow he comply without further endangering his life. They want to see his hands for a reason. He tries to switch off his car a hand has to dis appear. To unbuckle his seatbelt and even the door would have to be opened from inside. When hands disappear they shoot

I lost count of the times where he was requested to get out if the car and he didn’t . He didn’t comply and made the situation worse than it need be. Comply to the requests of the badge = no issue. No Drama. He didn’t.

He asked why he was being detained and was met with pepper spray. I'd have been skeptical too. Guess what, police don't just earn trust for signing their employment contract.

U heard the police & dispatch. THIS was a felony stop, not a routine traffic violation. A felony stop means the driver or a passenger is suspected of having committed a serious crime or who is wanted on an outstanding felony warrant. This vid shows Police acting by the book.

You should really get all the facts before commenting. I was wondering what made it a felony stop also. It was BC he drove into the BP for safety. So not a situation like you are describing. https://www.vice.com/amp/en/article/y3dm3m/cops-caught-on-video-holding-a-black-army-lieutenant-at-gunpoint-then-pepper-spraying-him?__twitter_impression=true …
