Honestly, I couldn’t throw my tenants out and sleep at night. Both are in their early 20’s who were both on their first jobs out of college and got laid off. So they’re helping me with painting their house, fixing up the yard and working on the sprinkler system. It’s all good.

You're one of the good ones. We won't eat you. There are many others out there without those values. Stay safe. And thank you.

One problem is too many of those who barely made rent in May, scoff at the ones who couldn't cover theirs. In America, we have a problem of some 'have nots' aligning themselves with billionaires, and supporting politicians who work against their interests.

So those billionaires could pool their pandemic earnings and pay every paycheck of every American who lost his/her job because of the pandemic, this saving millions of businesses and jobs.

That's called noblesse of leash but no billionaires are blessed with that sufficiently. No bless. Just take take take.

I blame inept Nancy Pelosi for failing to shepherd well written legislation thru the House. With the little wooden hammer comes big responsibility.
