My granddaughter, an ER nurse in Dallas, has said the number of new cases and admits have increased dramatically the last three days. She is seriously doubting the reopening will have good results.

Abbott is putting the cart before the horse here. The thing that should be stressed to every Texan before they go out to 25% normalcy is that there isn't sufficient testing. Texas is still at the bottom when it comes to preventative health care.

True. Unless California and Texas can lead in testing. If Texas reopen and the contagion spreads again at a higher rate with more people moving around the state. Then adjacent states could feel the affect of Sars spread faster from people thinking to go back to normalcy. :(
