If she “can” then now is the time she should. As long as she refuses to call out Bernie and his cult and continues to stay aligned with him despite the multiple attacks on her from his his team, I can not trust that she will be able to stand up to Trump and his crowd.

Iowa's results in the most diverse communities (satellite caucuses heavily populated by night-shift workers, Latinos, Muslims, those with disabilities) predominantly sided with Senator Sanders.
