Amtrak's got a CEO more used to running airlines with airline rules and airline exceptions. ADA doesn't even *apply* to air carriers.

Isn't there an Americans with Disabilities Act?

They don’t consider it a reasonable accommodation. ADA only covers reasonable accommodations- which isn’t clearly defined.
