Ive see with my own eyeballs ppl fare beating in front of officers without issue at 42nd street Bryant Park, 59th street 4 & D lines, 47-50th Rockefeller, 63rd drive rego park, Woodhaven Blvd, Grand Ave- Newtown, and 30th ave stations. 100% of them were NOT Black or Brown ppl
