Are we allowed to call them Women's Shelters anymore? I'm not so sure when "Women's Hygiene" is no longer okay to say now that all people can menstruate. And if you ask me, "menstruate" is awfully gendered and sexist.

Whatever reason you use the term, “people” is correct. Added bonus, It tends to resonate more for people who have to be reminded that women are, indeed, people & shouldn’t have a basic biological function treated as a luxury.
