It’s from Harry Enfield’s Television Programme. They did a whole series of spoof 1940s BBC information films, often hosted by Mr Cholmodley-Warner [pronounced Chumley]. This is just one of them. My favourite is prob Association Football. Even though idgaf about football.

Interesting. I was alleged of rape once and I thought it. Everyone did make assumptions too till she sent a message to a friend saying she was lying. Regardless. 1. I didn't run away. 2. The country charging him are Sweden. Who gave him asylum and support his work.
