Stare at the sun! It's cool! Trump did it!
#MAGA
he cant cause the sun won't shine on Hans Crescent :(
They stuck him where the sun don't shine.

Kind of cruel to say isnt that?
I'm sure he appreciates me exercising my free speech.
Astounding to see the vast profusion of dolts who believe that when you put something in front of a light it gets brighter.
exactly, the problem comes when totality ends and it changes back to partial, your eyes are still dilated
lack of pain receptors and the eyes still dilated, lose the reaction to turn away after the eclipse ends and light returns
after the eclipse completes, it is the same danger as looking at the sun full strength but your eyes don't react to turn away
Isn't it more dangerous as the total eclipse passes? The eyes are allowed to focus on parts that become dangerous.
The iris opens widely during the dark total so when the sun re-appears it is easy to get too much light.
Right, so it seems dangerous to look at a full eclipse because soon it will not be a full eclipse. Maybe I am being pedantic.
You look away when you see it ending. Eyes also move to protect themselves. The hysteria seems to be sustained by glasses company profits.
Lol. I love that 1) you establish yourself as an expert on solar eclipses and 2) everything is a conspiracy
One other thing -- you sure as hell want to wear glasses if you aren't in the path of totality, which is most people. I wish you'd go away.
Or even if you are on the path of totality, and want to watch it before & after totality.
