Team Lopez: Julia has lobbied Ministers for increased funding for Havering Council to address budgetary pressures which the Council state made increased parking charges necessary. Ministers have now advised that the Council’s Core Spending Power has increased by £9.6m.
With such an increase in the Council’s finances confirmed, Julia has again contacted the Leader to request that the parking charges affecting only parts of her constituency, be subject to full review ahead of the Council budget.
