My team & I have been pushing Network Rail on Harold Wood Station improvement works for some months. Structural issues had delayed works to modernise entrance and ticket hall. Pleased to say contractors now back on site&works, inc step-free access, due to be completed by year end

My poor old dad was only saying tonight he couldn't wait for lifts to open at gidea Park, he finds it so hard to climb the steps. Myself I'm desparte for Harold Wood to be finished the extra walk through the carpark up & back down the stairs with ankle problems is painful

The lift shafts have been in place at Gide Park for a couple of years now. It's ridiculous that they're still not operating!
