Is there anything you can do to help the people of Harold Wood who have had no ticket office for over a year and where there are two lifts still not in use? Some people cannot use the station due to the long route to entry and so many steps. We're on Crossrail but forgotten.
I’m campaigning to get Upminster Station step-free by bidding for Access for All funding for a lift to Platform 6 so people with mobility issues, suitcases & buggies can get to Romford & onto Crossrail when it starts.
