As a constituent I support the crossing to relieve the traffic but am also a fan of Thames chase and rainham marshes .
Met Lower Thames Crossing team now 10 week consultation is open. Crossing aims to double road capacity over river there & slash Dartford times. Dartford Crossing currently at around 117% most days now, add 20% traffic growth by the time LTC is built (if it is!), then take the 22% they are predicting to take aware from Dartford Crossing. Still at or over capacity most days. Not the solution.

It is not 3 lanes all the way from the A2 to the M25 there is are 2 lane bottlenecks, both directions around the A13 junctions. HE are hiding lots of things like this. Please visit http://tcag.info to keep up to date of our discoveries

That's why they call it a charge rather than tolls now,, so they can say it is no longer tolled. They are sneaky for sure! LTC will be charged in a similar way too.
